I'm still not convinced I like the new 'do. A lot of people keep saying it looks cute, but to be honest, I think it looks kind of funny on me. I'm not sure who to listen to, me or everyone else. LOL And at $80 for the color on top of $35 for the cut, supposedly needed every 8 weeks, that's another reason I'm not convinced I'll stick with it. But we'll see.

I LOVE IT! It's so youthful and whispy! I'm sure you'll get used to it if you don't like it now. I really like it!
YES! YES! YES! Keep it! Love it!
I have bangs right now again too. I just do a little self bang management to stretch out my cut/color!
Marietta - thanks! I'm glad you like it. I hope I get used to it.
Stacey - thanks! I've had bangs before, so that part isn't a new thing, and truthfully my hair has been this short for much of my life. I think going from such long hair after I'd grown it out to shorter and now colored for the first time, it's been a shock. The nice thing about the bangs is I get free bang-trims between cuts, so that will help I suppose.
Love it! You look younger!
I need a good new style but I am such a pony tail addict, especially in the summer....I wear a pony with a ball cap nearly every day. Yeah, a really chic look for a mom about to have a college graduate! But I am too lazy to do a real hairdo every morning. I like to whip it back in an elastic and call it done. And bangs drive me batty. I have a really large forehead and I look llke a sheep dog.
So, you rock that new style and I will just wish I could pull it off. ;0)
sometimes it takes some time to let the cut "sink in" so that you feel comfortable. but it looks really good, really youthful, and very flattering. that's just my two cents. :)
Nancy - thanks! I love looking younger! LOL Truth be told, as my hair grew longer, I did less with it so like you, it went back in a pony tail or clip a lot. Bangs don't bother me. Thanks! I'll try to rock it for all I can.
Sarah - thanks very much. I think you're right. Perhaps part of it is because I'm simply not very good at fashion and beauty processes so I get stuck in ruts and never know what really looks good and what doesn't.
Oh yes, Karla....it looks fantastic. It does take some getting used to when it's first done but you'll soon start to believe the compliments and will be "strutting your stuff." (lol)
I love it, Karla!! Absolutely adorable on you, you look gorgeous!!
I love the new 'do & color!
You'll get used to it in time. And I agree with Nancy - it does make you look younger. :)
I think it looks great Karla, very up to date.
I understand though, I just went from mousey dark blonde to light, bright blonde and at first thought it was too much. Now I love it and apparently so does everyone else...just give it time.
I love your new hair cut Karla. It makes you look younger. I love the whispy bangs too. I just recently got my hair cut and went back to the bangs as well! Now that I'm "getting older" I think bangs soften the face. . . so I had them cut again.
Jacquie - thanks so much!
Rapunzel - I do feel prettier but still getting used to the new cut I think.
Tracy - thanks very much. Lots of people think it makes me look younger - always a good thing.
Sarah - it's always good to hear from someone who understands completely! Glad to know it's not just me that goes through this transition period! LOL
Sher - I really am liking the bangs. I'd been thinking about going back to bangs for some time.
Karla,
I think you look spectacular with your new do. Your outfit and breeze expressions are lovely too.
Congratulations on the New You, not that the old you was bad~~~~~~
Hugs,
Sue
